Each contestant must
fill out a Release Form. If the participant is a minor, under 18 years of age,
the release form MUST be notarized prior to participating in any events. The
form is in .pdf format so you will need to have Adobe Reader loaded on your
computer to open the form. Please visit the newsletter for more information
concerning the release form.
